Most of us do not think about a scientific method to dispose waste from our homes, as we usually dump them into a corner or throw it over the wall which may be neighbour's property or we collect it in a plastic bag and throw it on the road side. We do not have one point solution for healthy disposal of waste. Here comes the importance of the waste burning plant engineered by M/S Oorakendram, a proprietary concern.

The main feature of our Waste burning plant is that, it doesn't require any fuel to operate even with 60% wet waste. As per studies, insufficient area to build a waste burning plant in towns & cities are a problem. Even if there is sufficient space, installing pipe at building's height incurs a very high cost. In order to avoid this crisis, we can install the Waste Burning Plant on the terrace. The concrete will not get affected by heat or get damaged. Approximately we need 2 meters of space to build a plant (WBP).

Waste burning plant is necessary for Hospitals, Auditoriums, Flats, and various government organizations. Mainly waste burning plant has three major parts. Exhaust pipe, chamber for dumping of waste (chamber 1), chamber for collection of ash (chamber2).Waste should be dumped into chamber1 on the top of grill. Fire the waste using a cotton waste. Then close the first chamber door. The waste will be completely burned within 1-2 hours. Sometimes it won't take an hour to burn. Sometimes it will take more than an hour too. It depends on the nature of the waste. Ash will be collected in the second chamber. We can remove the ash once in a week. No need of fuel for functioning of the plant if the wastes are 60% damp. If it is more than 60% damp, spray some diesel on the waste and fire with cotton waste. And for 100% damp waste put some coconut shell or fiber on the grill, then fire it and there after dump the waste on it. More over try to keep clean the surroundings of plant. Sometimes it won't take an hour to burn. Sometimes it will take more than an hour too. It depends on the nature of the waste.

The plant can be used in the long run. In case of damage, the damaged parts can be easily replaced. Every day before dropping the waste, the accumulated ash on the grill should be removed properly. Remove the ash accumulated in the ash lying space twice a month. In case of portable plant ash tray must be cleaned on daily basis. Try to keep the plant and its surroundings neat.

Never drop non-combustible materials such as bottles, aluminum, perfume tins etc. inside the plant. To burn 100% wet waste, place a small amount of coir or straw inside the plant and light the fire. Drop the wet waste on it. You can see that the waste had burnt out after sometime. If you have more wet waste, again, you can put the waste on the fire.
