We have two types of Waste burning plants, Portable & Fixed types. There is similar functions occurs inside an Incinerator & a Waste burning plant (incineration of Waste). For houses, we are providing portable type plants. It requires 1 meter square space to install. We have portable plants with 5kg, 10kg, 20kg and 30kg capacities. In case of fixed plants it can be customized from 50kg to 1000kg. It requires 2meter square space to construct.

Portable Incinerator

As the name suggest its totaly Portable and can be transfered easily to any place.

Fixed Incinerator

As the name suggest its fixed and cannot transfered. It can be customised accordingly.

Usage: Mainly waste burning plant has three major parts. Exhaust pipe, chamber for dumping of waste (chamber 1), chamber for collection of ash (chamber2). Waste should be dumped into chamber1 on the top of grill. Fire the waste using a cotton waste. Then close the first chamber door. The waste will be completely burned with1-2 hours. Ash will be collected in the second chamber. We can remove the ash once in a week. No need of fuel for functioning of the plant if the wastes are 60% damp. If it is more than 60% damp, spray some diesel on the waste and fire with cotton waste. And for 100% damp waste put some coconut shell or fiber on the grill, then fire it and there after dump the waste on it. More over try to keep clean the surroundings of plant.

Modern Crematorium

The modern crematorium is a scientific system for disposing of the human body after death in a manner that does not cause any harm to the living.

The practice of burying corpses in the yard and in public places is unscientific in many places. Today but it is slowly changing and within a few years it will have to be converted to a modern crematorium.

Since the body-burning furnace must always be hot, it will require more electricity and it will cost more. So a gas-fired crematorium is best.

The cost and maintenance of a gas crematorium is less expensive as compared to Electric crematorium and can be used for a long time at a cost of one time investment.

These kind of crematoriums requires 5 gas cylinders for its functioning but it doesn't require 2 cylinders completely for burning a human body. It requires approximately an hour for burning a body. They will also be given the opportunity to perform their religious ceremonies irrespective of caste or creed Construction and maintenance of a modern crematorium will be done in a clean and tidy environment. So the atmosphere will also be good. The chimney is 30 to 40 m high and the smoke from the crematorium is passed through water (using a water scrubber) to purify it, thus minimizing air pollution.
